We have an online booking system so you can search, book and pay for lessons and hacks as well as cancel and change bookings 24/7. 

TO JOIN THE BOOKING SYSTEM

Go to our web site www.turpinslodge.co.uk

Sign in as a client.

Go to your email address and confirm your email address. After this -

Sign in using your email address and the password you created.

Register rider details.

This will come to the office, and we will give the rider a grade.

Once graded you will be able to book anything suitable for the grade of rider online.

TO BOOK A LESSON

Log onto www.turpinslodge.co.uk

Go to BOOK A LESSON 

then go to WHAT'S ON WEEK/MONTH 

 This will show you everything that is suitable for your grade.

VOUCHERS

There are online vouchers available on the booking system. 

You go to MY ACCOUNT.  Scroll right to the bottom of the page.  Vouchers are available from £5 - £50 or any denomination. 

You select the voucher you want to buy and put it in your basket.  

Once you have paid, a copy of the voucher is emailed to you.  

To redeem you go to MY ACCOUNT, and below vouchers there is a link which says REDEEM HERE.  The code on the voucher has to be entered and then the amount of the voucher is added to your account.

When you use a credit there is no booking fee.  Vouchers never expire.
